I'm just a designer + former Realtor taking average agent branding off the market...

Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood, so two years out of college, I took a career pivot and left the journalism and graphic design world to launch a real estate business with Keller Williams in Waco, Texas. 

My first showing was a series of misadventures involving a sick client, a GPS that died on a stretch of Texas farmland, and a stray dog that traumatized everyone involved. (Great story, not for now.) Suffice it to say I moved on, fueled by burnt office coffee and rookie chutzpah, to build my own brand and close more than double the national average for deals closed by agents in their first year. Later I moved to Virginia Beach and became Marketing Coordinator for a real estate team. It wasn't long before other agents — struggling to find truly classy, modern branding with 1:1 support — started contacting me about my work.

And BLUEPRINT Studio was born.

Today I run the business out of my home in North Carolina, leading a talented team residing all over the country in a tight-knit, collaborative space. We are a creative studio built around Realtors exclusively. From bespoke visual branding and Instagram management to content creation + PR, we've leaned in deeply to the industry we most adore.
