FloDesk requires that Realtors use their platform with a custom domain email address, to help protect real estate sender reputations and ensure that their emails land in Inbox.

A custom domain means that you’re sending emails from a personalized, unique web address that you own. (For example: hello@joetherealtor.com) A “free email” address is an email address from a free email provider, such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. (For example: joetherealtor@gmail.com)

With a custom domain: Your emails look professional and branded; you create trust with your audience; you can authenticate your domain. Without one, Inbox providers will likely mark your emails as spam (or even block entirely). It's worth the extra step!
