When Fredericksburg Realtors and past branding clients, Savvy + Evan Stahl, approached us about branding their newest venture —— a suite of luxury, modern A-frame Airbnb cabins in the Hill Country —— we couldn’t say no.

Their vision? MOJITO: the “umbrella brand” for a line of high-end rental cabins, where each cabin will be named after a different fun-loving drink flavor from Peach to Lemon, Lime to Blackberry.

Their audience? Affluent, romantic couples looking for a quality private giveaway in the heart of the Texas hills. Situated on spacious private acreage, each cabin will be equipped with a private deck, sauna, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with the local community through intimate farm-to-table style classes, outdoor dinners and activities during their stay.

Our brand strategy brief for MOJITO called for something as unique as the Stahl’s vision for the cabins themselves. From the outset, we decided against the expected “romantic cabin rental” brand story of wispy-soft, understated vibes and average touches. Instead, MOJITO leans into something new — a bold eclectic vision that owns its difference with color and flair.

For the leading MOJITO Wordmark, bold yet graceful letterforms hint at the cross between romantic and fun-loving, with crisp edges for contemporary edge. A strong supportive monogram Icon and laid-back luxe marks round out the brand family, brought to life in a layered environment of unexpected and eclectic patterns. Meanwhile the vibrant color story is thoughtfully curated to transition seamlessly between all the cabins.

Overall the final brand result speaks for itself. Cool meets charming, minimalism meets pop, and cozy-vintage meets modern cantina vibes for guests seeking to feel both pampered and playful.

Welcome, friends. “Stay a while in Fredericksburg, Texas.”
