When she chose us to create the new face of her upscale real estate brand, visually communicating this ethos was at the forefront of our strategy. Timeless and memorable, yet current and minimalist —— the new Stephanie Rouleau Real Estate identity was designed to be as effective as it is elegant. 

A strong, confident serif typeface with just the right touches of edge and poise establishes the foundation for the brand. Crisp edges and tapered curves define the overall character of the Wordmark into something simple yet crafted, setting the stage for a quality-driven experience with polished yet personable touches. 

The Monogram Icon is yet another design-minded moment where minimalism and timelessness converge. The graceful connection of ‘S’ and ‘R’ hearken directly back to the Wordmark and seamlessly integrates into all corners of the brand suite. A classic-meets-modern approach to the brand mark typography with sans serif and script detailing rounds out the identity with versatility and balance. 

To compliment the brand’s confident typographical moments, an abstract pattern with artistic flair was the ideal addition. Its abstractness provides flexibility to scale up and down, creating unending, unique moments to layer logos, marks, signatures, and more. Hand drawn in multiple color variations from Stephanie’s palette, combinations of cognac and pampas provide warm notes, while iterations of charcoal, mist and pistachio forge a savvy, progressive confidence. In union, these elements provide an idyllic new platform for Stephanie to serve what she’s always embodied so sincerely —— the high caliber of natural excellence with heart.
